Lad Named Felix™ encourages and greatly appreciates timely payments. We prefer payment via PayPal. Buyers who do not currently have an Active PayPal account can still use this method by following the payment instructions after Order Confirmation and opting to use PayPal secure credit card payment method.
Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, shipping upgrades, or alternate methods of shipping are available on a case-by-case basis at the request of the Buyer. Any changes to shipping upgrades will be reflected via PayPal at the time of payment.
All items will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment, and Buyers will be notified of shipping via the Conversation tool at etsy.com.
In the event of a political revolution or regime change, wherein the postal service's convenience is compromised, items will be delivered via midnight steam train or horseback, which will lengthen shipping times. Lad Named Felix™ apologizes in advance for our involvement in the revolution.
Lad Named Felix™ offers complimentary repairs on items purchased through ladnamedfelix.etsy.com, as the Lad is a consummate gentleman. These repairs are on a case-by-case basis. Any and all repairs are contingent on the availability of repair materials and may be subject to a brief period of fervent anticipation if repair materials require acquisition. Lad Named Felix™ appreciates your patience if such an abberant event should take place.
If mundane misfortune has befallen your piece, please contact Lad Named Felix™ with a detailed description of the damage and how it occurred, as a log is kept of unique catastrophes to better ensure the durability of future pieces. Cost of shipping a damaged item back to Lad Named Felix™ is the responsibility of the Buyer (please include all implements, cogs, chunks, pieces, stones, and slivers), and newly rejuvenated pieces will be returned safely to the Buyer free of charge and worry.
Any and all spiritual, extra-terrestrial, or supernatural damage, debasement, corruption, deterioration, possession, incapacitation, or ugly tarnish to pieces is strictly the reponsibility of the Buyer.
Returns are negotiable on a case-by-case basis (at Felix's discretion) based only on irreparable damage during shipping, and exchanges are not permitted at this time. A good ear-flogging of your mailperson may be in order.
